Reported Shared hosting server issue fixed and all websites and server working without any issues. if you are facing any issue, kindly contact to our support team
Clarification of the issue and why too long resolution?
Server hosted ip's under DDOS attack, so this situation server come back to online and suddenly down and we investigated the issue and monitor ed properly and we took a final decision of changing server ip's to new ip's and some more new changes integrated. and assigned new ip's to all accounts. in this situation we took a long time to implementation.
Identified:
we identified issue, it's an DDOS Attack, so now our Network Administrators Enable Network firewall and block Attack on server shared ip. we will update further shortly
