we would like to inform one of major  announcement on exim/email service security configuration. 

Exim SSL/STARTLS enabled on our all cPanel shared hosting servers. so all microsoft outlook users must use SSL/STARTLS authentication method. otherwise you can't  connect outlook emails. also you must enable SSL redirection on your all domains.

You can open cPanel then open domain tab and enable Https redirection
